Accounts Manager ki zimmedari hai ke woh accounting department ki daily operations ko manage kare. Is role ka kaam accurate financial records maintain karna, reports prepare karna, accounting regulations follow karna aur accounting team ko lead karna hai. Budgeting, forecasting aur strategic decision-making me bhi important role play karta hai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting operations ka supervision (Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, Tax Compliance)
- Monthly, quarterly aur annual financial reports prepare karna
- Accounting data analyze karke financial statements ready karna
- Accounting policies aur procedures implement karna
- Annual audits coordinate karna
- Systems aur procedures improve karna aur corrective actions lena
- Team ko assign aur guide karna compliance aur accuracy ensure karne ke liye
- Budgeting aur forecasting activities support karna
- Internal/external auditors aur tax advisors ke sath coordination
Skills Required:
- Accounts software ka command
