We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Female Assistant to support the Commercial Director in managing diverse business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative & executive support (scheduling, correspondence, meetings).
- Assist in procurement coordination, production follow-ups, and laboratory liaison.
- Support sales documentation, client communication, and supply chain processes.
- Assist in HR functions, recruitment, staff coordination, and security management.
- Help manage financial records, invoices, and compliance with government regulations.
- Liaise with government bodies, trade associations, and chambers for approvals and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English (Arabic will be a plus).
