- Applicants apply to seek admission in UOS Swabi BS Program must have passed F.Sc (Pre-Medical/Engineer) or equivalent degree with 2nd division or minimum 45% marks.
- Whereas in order to get admission in BS Geology, F.Sc (Pre-Medical/Engineer) or intermediate with at least two subjects from Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics with minimum 50% marks or 2.5 CGPA.
- For admission in 5-years Pharm.D Program,
- F.Sc (Pre-Medical/Engineer) or equivalent degree with 1st division (1st priority)
- BSc (Biological Sciences) with 1st division (2nd priority, limited seats).
