- Candidates must be Studying in Moroccan Public Institutions of Higher, Technical and Vocational Education.
- Candidates Should be Residents of Pakistan/AJK national and permanent resident of Pakistan/AJK.
- Dual nationality holders are not eligible.
- Selected candidates should start their academic studies in the Moroccan Universities if Higher, Technical or Vocational Education by using the begin of academic year in (September/October 2023)

- FSC/A-level for Undergraduate program. Aged from 19-23 years.
