IT capabilities showcased in Denmark, Sweden

An IT Trade Delegation will visit Denmark and Sweden from March 6 to March 10, 2023, according to the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and the Pakistan Embassy in Copenhagen.

The delegation consists of 25 of Pakistan’s best IT companies from a range of industries, including blockchain, cybersecurity, digital marketing, fintech, metaverse, and artificial intelligence (AI).

The group, which will represent Pakistan as a “competitive tech destination,” intends to demonstrate Pakistan’s potential as an IT export market, highlight company strengths, and discover new opportunities for business expansion and partnerships, according to a release.

Ahmad Farooq, the ambassador of Pakistan, is leading the team, and Amar Makhdoom, the chief marketing officer of PSEB, is representing the IT sector.

The group visited Digital Hub Denmark and gave the business’s CEO, Nicolaj Christensen, and the visiting Danish IT companies presentations about their different company profiles, solutions, and clients. The Pakistani team also went to Copenhagen Fintech, where Thomas Jensen, the CEO, gave a thorough presentation on the business and how fintech is transforming the Nordic scene.

Pakistan is eager to improve trade ties with both Sweden and Denmark.

Sweden and Denmark support an open and reasonable trading regime, just like the other Nordic nations.
