- Candidates must have Passed the FSc/Equivalence Certificate (Pre-Medical) with minimum 60% marks for getting admission in Pharm.D 2022 Programs offered by CUSIT.
- Students having Foreign education must Submit the equivalence Certificate obtained from IBBC.
