Tuesday’s meeting between Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Chinese Charge d’Affaires Pang Chunxue was to address the robust and long-standing bilateral relations between China and Pakistan.
During the meeting, Dar expressed his appreciation for China’s assistance and highlighted the necessity of further deepening bilateral economic and financial ties.
Assuring the finance minister of China’s ongoing support for Pakistan, Chunxue sent warm Eid congratulations to the people of Pakistan and lauded the two nations’ strong and cordial relations. The two sides talked about several ways to increase their cooperation in numerous domains.
Dar used the occasion to thank China’s leadership for its continuous assistance and collaboration with Pakistan.
