- Students must have at least MS/M.Phil degree with a minimum of 3.00/4.00 CGPA / 70% (Semester System) or 60% marks in the Annual system.
- A Special HAT will be organized at AIOU Islamabad For Phd Scholarship by the HEC Islamabad on 17-09-2022.
- Children having Maximum of two-second divisions and no third division in the entire academic career are eligible to apply.
